We offer good old-fashioned GP care. Unlike the NHS, we offer 30-minute face-to-face appointments as standard, so you’ll have plenty of time to discuss all of your worries.
As well as being kind and compassionate, both of our private doctors are expert GPs. Dr Heather and Dr John are both Fellows of the Royal College of General Practitioners – Fellowship is the highest grade of RCGP membership, and is awarded in recognition of a significant contribution to General Practice.
Our private surgery is conveniently located opposite Freshfield Station – just down the road from the stunning Formby beach and pinewoods, and an easy train ride from Birkdale, Hillside, Ainsdale and Southport to the north, and Hightown, Blundellsands, Crosby, Waterloo, and Liverpool to the south.

We also have a British Menopause Society-accredited menopause expert working at our clinic – Dr Louise Sears. Dr Louise Sears is a menopause specialist: this means she is qualified to manage even the most complex menopause symptoms independently. She has completed advanced training in menopause, which means she can manage your menopause even if you have a complex medical history such as breast cancer, or if you’ve already tried other menopause treatments without success.
