Location
Our premises are located at the rear of 4 Victoria Buildings on Victoria Road in Freshfield. We share our premises with Freshfield Mortgages and the easiest way to get to our surgery is by ringing the doorbell: our receptionist or one of the clinicians will come and collect you. If, however, you require additional privacy or are nervous about being seen entering from the main road, we do have a discreet back entrance which can be used which will bring you directly into our surgery. Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to use this and we will provide additional directions.
Parking
There is ample on-street parking available near our premises. Although the streets are marked with a single yellow line, this only prohibits parking on weekends and bank holidays during the summer (please check the signs yourself!). The station car park opposite is available for rail users.
Accessibility
Our premises are situated on the ground floor. Our doors and corridor are wide enough to be navigated by a standard width wheelchair. Unfortunately our toilet is not fully wheelchair-accessible. If this poses a problem, please contact us so we can make alternative arrangements to see you.
We can have a hearing loop available. If you need an interpreter, please advise us at the time of booking.
If you have specific mobility or accessibility requirements, please contact us and we will work together to find a solution.
Interpretation available if needed
If you require an interpreter – including British Sign Language – please discuss this with us when booking an appointment. We can arrange telephone, video, or face-to-face interpretation. There will be a cost in addition to the appointment fee. We source interpreters via ClearVoice, an award-winning social enterprise.
