Our Freshfield premises are located at the rear of 4 Victoria Buildings on Victoria Road in Freshfield (L37 7DB). We share our premises with Dast Mortgages, so the easiest way to get to our surgery is by ringing the doorbell: our receptionist or one of the clinicians will come and collect you. If, however, you require additional privacy or are nervous about being seen entering from the main road, we do have a discreet back entrance which can be used which will bring you directly into our surgery. Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to use this and we will provide additional directions.
There is ample on-street parking available near our premises. Although the streets are marked with a single yellow line, this only prohibits parking on weekends and bank holidays during the summer (please check the signs yourself!). The station car park opposite is available for rail users.
Our premises are situated on the ground floor. Our doors and corridor are wide enough to be navigated by a standard width wheelchair. Unfortunately our toilet is not fully wheelchair-accessible. If this poses a problem, please contact us so we can make alternative arrangements to see you.
